Customer representatives are given weekly updates by FlexOrbits' Project Managers and they work with the offshore team using the time tested methodologies to deliver quality software as per the schedule delivery.

Onsite - Offshore Delivery Model
Best of both worlds model, an onsite team of FlexOrbits will liaison requirements from the customer office to the offshore development team. Projects that require close interaction with the customer representatives during normal business hours to understand the requirements will be a best fit for this model. Onsite team size is decided based on the size and complexity of the project. A typical onsite - offshore ratio would be 1:6 resources. The biggest advantage of this model is that it takes care of reduced management time for customer representatives, communication and cultural risk, and faster knowledge transfer.
